Any good places to tan in kuwait? Any natural stuff to create an instant tanning cream? thanks?

I live in kuwait and i want to get a good tan, but the sun is waaay too hot here. it reaches like 52 celcius -___- so yeah.. I dunno i want to get a proper tan, but i cant find a place like now in the summer. Las ttime i tanned in winter xD took me 7 hrs but i got a good tan.. HELP!!
