Broke out from a moisturizer!!! Will tanning dry it up?

I tried using a different moisturizer a few days ago, but i suffered a bad breakout from it and now have whiteheads all over the right side of my face. I normally don't have acne, and i don't go tanning often. Will the bed help dry these zits up fast??? thanks.

Tanning may seem to help...but ONLY temporarily. After several days, it might get even worse. I would only wash with a water soluble gentle cleanser, then apply a thin layer of either AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) or BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) product. It should clear up in no time. GOOD LUCK! =)

Choose your clothes carefully. Pick clothes that cover all the parts of your body you wonÂ’t be tanning. Select tight fitting clothes so that the tan spray cannot go under your sleeves. Choose dark colored clothes, since spray tanners will stain clothing.

For 30-60 seconds after a self-tanning booth application you need to Stand still. This will ensure that your tan dries evenly.
