Emollient Night Cream
Whats the best way to get your hands,feet,and skin softer?

I have asked this question once before but did not get what some of the answers meant. Why can't using lotion work? I have used lotion for a while now and the Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream for super dry skin. It works a little but my hands and feet are not really getting softer. I did the lotion socks and big chunks of skin started peeling off my feet when i went swimming. I hate that and after all the skin peeled off my feet were dry and rough at spots. (14 btw)

You need to address the issue from both sides of the fence. When it comes to skin care, there are remedies and treatments that involve the outside of the skin as well as the inside of the skin. Speak with a dermatologist to see what the best solution is for you. Fruits and vegetables are good sources for healthy skin. Make sure you aren't scrubbing too hard when you do wash. I have used a lotion for my hands for when the skin started to wrinkle and break off when wet. It has helped the pain go away and made my hands much smoother.
