How do you get rid of stomach wrinkles?

I've had 2 c-sections. My last one was 13 months ago. My stomach has flattened dramatically since giving birth, however, my skin is loose, stretched, & wrinkled up. I've been using Jergens firming lotion. It's done a difference, but I didn't know if there were any secrets or prescriptions of any kind I could try out.
