How do I open Bath and Body Works Wallflower?

I brought a Bath and Body Works Wallflower and I wasn't able to open it. I tried to follow the instructions, but it was hard to open it. Does anyone know how to open it? I tried to twist the top but it doesn't work for me. Thanks.

They have reverse threads you have to twist to the right instead of the left. They are also kind of tough the first time you change it.
