The health sperm count is what every man desires to have. But, reality bites as around 15% of the men worldwide face the problem of low sperm count. These men are often termed as infertile as they fail to produce the offspring. You can never know from the outer structure of the men that they are infertile or not as I have noted many healthy men suffering with this problem. Many times low level of testosterone was being linked to low sperm count, but many studies has proved this fact to be false. But, still this subject is under the debate. You may be healthy and going to gymnasium daily, but this doesn't mean that your sperm count is good. The entire lifestyle of the person is noted to affect the sperm count of the person not a single factor can do such harm to the sperm production.
Sperm count is the factor of self-respect for the men. If men don't have it then they feel that they are no longer male. This is where the whole problem gets serious. Some men have even tried to commit suicide due to this problem. Low sperm count in the men is noted basically due to the unhealthy diet routine. You need to include the good amount of the proteins in your daily diet to boost the production of the sperms. The best way would be to follow the balanced diet regime as it will surely benefit your overall health and certainly put a good impact on the sperm production. Remember that unhealthy eating habit like eating too much of fats and carbohydrates reduces the sperm production, so just try to avoid these things.
The problem of the low sperm count is also being linked to the tight clothing. Men have a tendency to wear very tight clothes that is what affects the sperm production very badly. Due to the tight clothes a lot of pressure is put on the testis, this reduces the production of the sperms. Even the temperature in the groin area stays high due to the tight clothing. The high temperature is no way a good for the sperms. Some sperms get killed due to this. This way the sperm count is lowered. To allow the healthy growth of the sperms wear the lose clothing and allow the air to flow in and keep the temperature at normal level improving the production of the sperms.
The sperm production is also being noted to be affected due to any physical injury to the testis. The testis is the area where the production of the sperms takes place. Even damage to penis or nearby to that area is noted to affect the production of the sperms. So, take a good care of your intimate parts to keep them away from any such damage. Diabetes is another reason for the low sperm count in men. It has been noted that diabetic patients often face the problem of low sperm count because the excessive amount of sugars disturbs the production of sperms.
Smoking is noted to be one of the main causes of reduction in the sperm count. The carcinogenic substances that enters through the smoke in the human body, reverses the sperm production process or they damage the mature sperms. This way the sperms are reduced. Excessive weight gain or obesity is another cause of low sperm count. Obese men have the too much amount of fats and carbohydrates in the body that ultimately put the impact on the sperm production mechanism. The sperm count in obese men is noted to be very less in comparison to that of the normal men. These are the reasons why men face the problem of low sperm count.
