Halloween costume with a black eye mask?

I have this black mask (with some silver sparkles on it) that my friend got from Party City. I want to create a Halloween costume around it, but not have it look costume-y, preferably using regular clothes (but no dresses). Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I originally thought black knee socks, a denim skirt, and a black shirt of some kind (with the mask), but I don't think i will do that. If anyone can help me come up with something along those lines, it would be much appreciated. Thank you!!! =)

*Lemon juice mixed with tomato puree when applied twice daily is useful in treating dark circles.

* Drinking of tomato juice with some leaves of mint, salt and lime juice also has good effects on the dark circles.
*Application of mixture of lime juice, lanolin cream and cucumber juice under eyes for about 15 minutes relieves from dark circles.
