Villagers call on county for grit to set them free
VILLAGERS of Kingsnympton are calling on the county council to send in the gritting lorries to set them free. Since the freezing conditions hit the region the 150 villagers have had to rely on neighbours and local farmers with 4x4 vehicles and tractors to get around and top up supplies.

i just set up my first aquaium and theres a lot of little bubbles on the glass, does that mean its dirty?
do i have to clean it? its been up for about 8 or 9 hours the water doesnt look dirty and i do have a filter in it so is that normal for bubbles to be on the glass like that?
Bubble are merely trapped air. That is totally normal when you set up an aquarium.
Be sure to let it run and get established for a week or two before you add any fish. Also, take the advice of the local fish store. Let them know how big your tank is and get easy fish at first.
Try not to put your hands in the tank and fiddle around. The more you "bother" the tank, the more you contaminate it.

The first thing you need to do is to check your local building codes and see what the legal requiremants are. Assuming you have, the other main considerations are the cost and time involved. Having a reliable set of blueprints can help tremendously here, especially if they're drawn by someone who has done it many times. Why make several trips to the lumberyard when you can do it in one or two? Why not have a good idea in advance what your total price will be? With a good set of shed blueprints, you can get a list of all the cut sizes and have the lumber yard do some of the work for you by cutting all the wood beforehand. This is usually not very expensive, and will be especially helpful if you don't have an electric saw.And having the wood precut can save a good deal of time and frustration by squaring off corners accurately beforehand. Remember that building a shed involves several different construction skills. You have to have a good level foundation and the equipment to mix and pour cement. And then there's framing, roofing, windows, doors, and finally, waterproofing and painting. This is where shed plans written by someone who has done this for years can be very useful. And remember too that sheds can come in many different shapes and sizes. A good idea is to get shed designs for more than just one "model". And, if you have other woodworking projects in mind, some e-books contain plans for hundreds of projects. Believe me when I say that a good set of shed plans can change your building experience from a guessing game to a precision operation done in a lot less time.
