5 Anti Aging Tips
Aging is natural, but it is also preventable. With aging comes wrinkles and the effects of gravity, but worst of all, decreased levels of energy.

2. Eat More Fish - Fish oil and fist contain omega 3 and omega 6. Omega 3 and 6 keep your hair healthy and smooth and your skin looking youthful and refreshed. These omega's are not produced by the body and must be attained from outside sources. Fish is the best source (and one of the very few) of omega 3 and 6.
3. The three 8's Rule - Everyday you should be aiming for 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of work and 8 hours of relaxation. Organizing your day like this will banish stress, keeping you young.
4. Spend Time in The Theta level - Your mind functions in 4 frequencies, Beta, Alpha, Theta and delta. Most people operate in beta for most of the time and only experience theta when they sleep. When you are at theta level, your brain operates at a very slow frequency and most attention is focused on breathing and relaxing. Spending regular time in theta (through meditation or the silva method) will dramatically slow the aging process.
