Spray-Tanning?

I'm thinking of getting a spray tan instead of going tanning all the time. I have fair skin n I love it when I'm tan, it just makes me feel better lol I don't know why but it does. But I get more freckles every summer when I get tan n it bothers me.

Also: I have excema (not a bad case, very mild) n want to know if it's alright to get a spray tan if I have that. N my mom has gotten moles removed because they were cancerous, I'd like to a void that in my future.

Before I just go get a spray tan I want to know more about it...is there a way to not be orange? I want a more natural tan haha not like Hulk Hogan eww hahaha....

i get spray tans and they come out nic not orange lol
and it wont bring up more freckles lol thats from the sun...
it should be okay if u have mild excema and the night before you have it done you should exfoliate your whole body especially knees elbows and ankles lol (they are the dryest areas of skin)
as for cancer by gettin a spray tan its completely safe unlike going on sunbeds
i fel better with a tan too .. so go for it lol

For those who opt for a traditional, sun-induced tan, caution and protective measures are recommended.

Currently, sunless tanning spray can be found at high-end salons or spas and can anywhere from $25 per session to up to $100 for a few one-hour sessions. Sunless tanning spray contains dihydroxyacetone (DHA). DHA is applied in a fine mist to the entire body of the customer. Sunless tanning spray is either water or oil based. The former is recommended for people with sensitive skin. The FDA has approved DHA as safe since the 1970s. Sunless tanning spray is not recommended for people with dry and flaky skin or for people with very fair skin. In the case of those with dry skin, a spray tan may end up looking patchy, due to the accelerated shedding of dead skin cells. For those with fair skin, the tan may end up looking too dark or otherwise awkward.

Moisturizing can optimize the life of a spray tan. Other preparations to take are to exfoliate before having sunless tanning spray applied, avoiding showering for at least four hours before the tanning session, and avoiding physical activity for a short while after the spray tan is applied. The better precautions are taken and the more diligently aftercare is pursued, the better the results of a spray tan will be.
