Is this a good "diet bootcamp" plan?

Diet Plan:

Breakfast:
1 glass – fruit juice (cranberry or variety)
½ packet – plain oatmeal

Lunch:
Water and celery sticks

Supper:
Soy Milk and Salad (just lettuce, no dressing)

Plus: Loads of exercise....and tanning
All the water and herbal teas I want.

I want to lose about 60-70 pounds for a wedding this summer.

That diet plan is a starvation diet and you will not be healthy following that plan. You body will start shutting down it's metabolism and make it difficult for you to lose weight while you starve to death.

The soy milk will cause your thyroid to slow down and that will cause your metabolism to slow down. Soy that is NOT fermented is terrible for the human body. It contains lots of goitrogens that even drug companies warn people on thyroid medication to avoid soy because it counteracts the drugs. Soy contains lots of sugar that contributes to putting your body in a state of stress. The soy industry is spending millions on promoting BAD SCIENCE and don't fall into that trap.

Your body needs fat and fat will NOT make you fat. You need to get educated rather than endoctrinated by the marketing people that are trained to take you down a road to being unhealthy.

Get the book called, "Life Without Bread" by Christian Allan, Ph.D. That will be a great start on getting educated so you can learn how to manage your weight the way you want to.

What are these cigarettes called?

The packet is white with funny turquoise and tan stripes through it, I think it may start with a B. or BEN. I don't think the cartons are that big either, probbaly 10-15 ciggs at the most. Anybody know? And how much are they in Toronto? Thanks

benson hedges? cost i have no idea i knwo here in the states they are getting outrageous...think they will be nearly $8 or so a pack reall soon.
