How can i rid my PC of Trojan.Spy.BZub.NIB?

My PC seems to be infected with a trojan and every now and the i get a message from my Virus protection (Bitdefender) say it has blocked a virus in my computer but it doesn't get rid of it. I have tried almost every Trojan finder and remover out there and nothing else even finds it let alone removes it. Even when I do a full system virus scan it isn't found. Any ideas? I am not greatly knowledgeable about computers so keep it simple if you can
Did a full scan with bitdefender and this time it picked it up in 7 files which were deleted. Superantispyware didn't find it, neither did any of the other anti spy anti trojan gimmicks out there
