is using the aspirin mask with aloe vera gel effective?

i heard it was but i wasnt sure if they meant the real aloe vera plant or the gel?

You can do it with the plant or the gel. Obviously if you use the plant is better because is more natural, but if you buy a 100% aloe vera gel it works the same. The best aloe vera gel is this one:
