If I wore an SPF 100 Poncho would I still need sunblock?
I got a hooded poncho with
UPF RATING
40-50+ Excellent UV protection Blocks 97.5%-98.0%
25-35 Very Good UV protection Blocks 96.0%-97.4%
15-20 Good UV protection Blocks 93.3%-95.8%
Is that good enough or should I get La Roche-Posay Anthelios with Mexoryl and if so what level should I get it?
I just got in the Gothic modeling business and I need to keep my skin as white as paper practically so I need the best combination of sun protection without going overboard. ( As in unnecessarily buying a higher level of sunblock than I need since I'm going to be wearing the poncho every time I leave the house when the sun is out). The stuff aint cheap so I need some practical advice.
You will still need sunblock where the poncho doesn't cover your body (your face, hands, legs, arms, etc.), but 30 should do it.
