Is it safe to buy tanning lotion online?

Hey, i came across the website www.internettanning.com and they're like half the price of buying the lotion at the salon. I just wondered if this is safe, I'm worried about getting ripped off, is it really the same product? Is there something wrong with it?

Any help is much appreciated. I use paramour by designer skin if that's any help.

Sometimes first i would check and see if they have a return policy then i would try it if not then i wouldn't
second if it is more than 20 dollars cheaper than it is at the tanning bed then i wouldn't
third if it is a brand you havn't seen anywhere else or have heard of then don't buy it
